01 What is Responsible Gaming and Why It Matters
Gaming and betting are a form of entertainment — much like watching a film or following a sport. But just like any pastime, they're only enjoyable when kept within limits. Responsible gaming at Hajee means enjoying yourself with your finances, time, and mental wellbeing in mind.
Online gaming is growing in popularity across Bangladesh. Many people play for entertainment, but sometimes it can quietly become a habit. Hajee wants you to always stay in control, enjoy yourself, and never spend more than you can afford.
Responsible gaming matters not just for the individual, but for families and society as a whole. Hajee puts every player's wellbeing first and has a range of tools and support systems in place to back that up.
Keep in Mind: Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. Never bet with borrowed money or your savings.

- Lying to family or friends about gaming
- Borrowing money or dipping into savings to cover losses

04 Set Your Limits
At Hajee, every user can easily set various types of limits directly from their account settings. These limits are there to protect you.
- Deposit Limit: Set a maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Loss Limit: Your game will automatically stop once you've lost a set amount.
- Session Time Limit: Decide how long you want to play in a single session — you'll get a reminder when your time is up.
- Wager Limit: You can cap the total amount you wager.
- Reality Check: You'll be reminded at regular intervals how long you've been playing.
Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period — this is intentional, so decisions aren't made in the heat of the moment.
05 Self-Exclusion & Cooling-Off
Sometimes the smartest move is to step back. Hajee offers two options to help you do that.
- Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. During this time, you won't be able to log in.
- Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. No promotional messages will be sent during this period.
Reactivating your account while Self-Exclusion is active isn't immediate — the process takes some time so you can make a clear-headed decision.
